How Lemieux Strategic Solutions collects, uses, and protects your information.

Lemieux Strategic Solutions, LLC ("LSS," "we," "our," or "us") is a New York-based company operating the GoalTrax / LaxTrax platform, the Ascent spiritual development app, and the lemieuxstrategicsolutions.com website. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information across our products and services.

Account information. When you create a GoalTrax or Ascent account, we collect your name, email address, and a password (stored in hashed form). You may optionally provide additional profile details.
Usage and game data. GoalTrax collects the shot and game data you enter — including shot location, type, result, and session context — to calculate performance metrics. This data is tied to your account and the player profiles you create.
Payment information. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data: stripe.com/privacy.
Contact form submissions. If you submit a message through our website contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message content you provide.
Device and usage data. We may collect standard web analytics data (browser type, pages visited, referring URLs, IP address) to understand how our products are used and to improve them.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
We retain your account and game data for as long as your account is active. Free-tier users on GoalTrax have access to 30 days of game history; older data is retained but not displayed until you upgrade. If you delete your account, your data is soft-deleted and permanently purged after 30 days.
You may access, update, or delete your account information at any time from within the GoalTrax app. To request complete data deletion or to raise a privacy concern, email us at todd@lemieuxstrategicsolutions.com. We will respond within 30 days.
If you are a resident of California or another jurisdiction with applicable privacy laws, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information. Please contact us to exercise them.
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
GoalTrax is used by athletes of all ages, including minors. If you are a parent or guardian creating an account or player profile on behalf of a minor, you are consenting to the collection and use of that information as described in this policy.
We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, hashed password storage, and secure database access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
Our website and apps may contain links to third-party sites or services (such as the App Store or GoalTrax coaching resources). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of the page. For significant changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice in the app.
