The Founder
Todd Lemieux is a product strategist, technology leader, author, and speaker with more than a decade of experience at the intersection of financial services, analytics, and people development.
At Prudential Financial, Todd progressed through four senior roles over 12 years — ultimately serving as Regional Director while previously owning enterprise platform rollouts for Salesforce and Envestnet, training over 3,000 financial professionals, and achieving a 400% improvement in user satisfaction.
Outside of Prudential, he founded GoalTrax and launched Ascent. He is also a published author and keynote speaker, co-writing a Catholic bestseller and speaking to audiences on leadership, potential, and legacy.
