The Career
Todd spent 12+ years at Prudential Financial, progressing through four increasingly senior roles. As Director of Field Technology, he served as the de facto product owner for enterprise platforms including Salesforce and Envestnet — training more than 3,000 financial professionals and achieving a 400% improvement in user satisfaction.
As Regional Director for the QBNY territory, he led strategic execution across the firm's field operations. He is a certified SAFe Product Owner and Scrum Product Owner with experience bridging the gap between executive strategy and field reality — what he calls "field-to-tech translation."
The Author & Speaker
In 2007, Todd co-authored 100 Things Every Catholic Teen Should Know with Mark Hart. He has spoken to audiences large and small: corporate development days, faith-based organizations, and conferences on leadership and human potential.
The through-line is always the same: helping people discover what they're capable of and build something that reflects it.
The Builder
Building things is how Todd expresses his love. GoalTrax gives lacrosse goalies the statistical recognition they've always deserved. Ascent — live on the App Store — creates a framework for the spiritual journey: one guided step a day toward holiness. Practice Forward brings AI implementation expertise to financial advisors who are ready to work smarter. And the Perfect Season Arcade is what happens when the builder plays — five browser games on one engine, from a 162-0 baseball season to a perfect 17-0 on the gridiron.
Each venture starts with a real problem and a conviction that the right tools change outcomes. That conviction has never changed.
